Novapolis is the successor of the former Luukland's servers, best OpenTTD servers of their era
Currently Novapolis OpenTTD games have ended.
We have run several patched OpenTTD servers where you could play:

Showcase game

The other version of City Builder running on Novapolis VIII is finally major-bug-free!
Thus we will hold a special showcase game of it on this server hosting 1024x1024 flat map with 6 hours game with no goal limit to test the new City Builder to its limits.
There will be two games, 23th October at 19:00 and 27th October at 19:00 too. These games are not special events, so no registering or specialities will take place.
You all are welcomed to it!
The game script running there was released and you can download it to your OpenTTD via game content.
This new City Builder will not replace our trademark CB of course, as it is rather lesses version, although we might add some more servers with it to make some variety.

Do not forget the tomorow very special event - Gold Rush! Hosting unique NewGRF which was even more modified since last time to bring challenge to the game.
Some other games might be cancelled because of the event as usual.
For those who would like only to spectate you have the convinient opportunity to try Watch Gui patch (Muxy is the author) which we added to our patched client.

N-ICE announced the new date for the tournament. It will be on Saturday 26th October at 15:30 GMT.

Due to organization confusion the 2nd tournament game was postponed a bit. It will likely take place a week or two later.
Better news is, that on Thursday we are repeating the GOLD RUSH special event with the very special NewGRF, this time not causing desyncs!
Even more, the new City Builder based on propagated game scripts is now fully playable (does not equal bugfree). On Server VIII, you can try setting some record. Currently the game is finished either when goal 10,000 population is reached or after 8 years. Whichever you will prefer.
